Mr. FAN Dazhi

Previous positions: General manager of Investment Banking Department at the headquarters of Beijing International Trust Co., Ltd.; Deputy director and party member of Beijing Offshore Financing and Investment Center; Director, deputy general manager and party member of Beijing State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd.; Director, general manager and deputy party secretary of Beijing Securities; Chairman of Supervisory Board of UBS Securities Co., Ltd.; Director, executive vice-president and deputy party secretary of Huaxia Bank (HXB). Currently is the director, president and deputy party secretary of HXB.

Mr. REN Yongguang

Vice-president and deputy party secretary, BSc, senior economist. Previous positions: Deputy director and director of Foreign Investment Management Office, director and manager of executive office of Foreign Exchange Management Office, director of Fund Planning Office in Beijing Branch, the People’s Bank of China; Director, deputy chairman and party committee member of Monetary and Credit Management Office in the Operation Office, the People’s Bank of China; Member of Preparatory Group, Beijing Office of China Banking Regulatory Commission; deputy director and party committee member of Beijing Office, China Banking Regulatory Commission. Currently is director, vice-president and deputy party secretary of HXB.

Mr. WANG Yaoting

Vice-president and party committee member, PhD, senior economist. Previous Positions: Deputy director of Teaching Material Office, Education Department, the People’s Bank of China; Director of Securities Department and general manager, assistant to president at the of Securities Department of HXB; President and party secretary of HXB Hangzhou Branch; Assistant to president of HXB. Currently is the vice-president and party committee member of HXB.

Mr. LI Xiang

Vice-president and party committee member, MSc, senior economist. Previous Positions: secretary (deputy chief) of Jiangsu Government Office; Director of Banking Department, vice-president and party member of HXB Nanjing Branch; President and party secretary of Nanjing Branch, HXB; Assistant to President of HXB. Currently is the vice-president and party committee member of HXB.

Mr. HUANG Jinlao

Vice-president, PhD, research assistant. Previous Positions: Deputy director of Domestic Finance Research Office, Institute of International Finance, Bank of China (BOC); Director of Research Office of the Institute; Assistant (temporary) to Governor of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province; Marketing director of Personal Finance Department, deputy manager of executive office, customer relation director of Corporate Finance Department, BOC. Currently is the vice-president of HXB.
